Quaker Crunchy Prawn

Fresh prawns made crunchy with the great taste of Quaker Oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of Quaker Quick Cook Oats
  • 300gm prawn (Medium Size)
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Green Chilies
  • Margarine
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • White Pepper

Garnishing

  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Red Chilies

Directions:

  • Heat 2 spoon of margarine in saucepan.
  • Stir fry the prawns.
  • Drain and put aside.
  • Melt the margarine, then fry the chilies, curry leaves, garlic, salt and Quaker Oats for 2 minutes or until oats are golden brown.
  • Add prawns, sugar & dash of white pepper.
  • Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Serve immediately.
